  I've been coming to the bagel experience for a while now and was always thrilled with my service and food! But today I went and ordered 2 sandwiches which had gotten messed up. I then went to return the the sandwhich so I can buy another one. I offered to buy it I was not trying to get anything free. As I walked in with my to-go container I was called out to by a woman that was making sandwiches. Ive never seen her before so she must be new. As my sandwhich was being re made I could hear the rude talk about me. I did not mean any harm and did not deserve this treatment. I'm sorry to all the wonderful and "ORIGINAL" staff here. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

  Their food is cooked to perfection, and their handmade bagels are the best you can get in the area. Their flavored cream cheeses, and their drink selection is also fantastic. Steve and Margaret are hands down the friendliest people, as well as hospitable business owners.

  Wow! Simply the Bagel shop for miles. Hot fresh bagels, fast and much more. It has a full service deli, serves breakfest and lunch, plus catering.

  Best bagels, Danish, flavored cream cheeses in the Poconos. They even use boars head bacon and sausage on their breakfast sandwiches. You also have an option to get boars head meats on your lunch sandwich as well. Overall a great place for breakfast and lunch.
